ABRIS acquires its first client in Asia

Budapest, 2 August 2021. ABRIS has acquired its first client in Asia and it’s none other than Meezan Bank, the bank recognized as “Best Bank in Pakistan”.

After a long preparatory period and a successful POC, Pakistan-based Meezan Bank signed the agreement to purchase GAMMA in July 2021. Under the aegis of their commitment to excellence, the financial institution opted for acquiring the licence for GAMMA’s monitoring module. The tool will complement their state-of-the-art T24 core banking system and further reinforce the bank’s IT operational integrity. Implementation is expected to begin soon.

The agreement is a great step ahead in the strategic expansion of ABRIS in Asia, which has been understandably hindered by the global pandemic in the past couple of years.
