Online Monitor supports users in monitoring the bank’s online IT operations in real time. The module’s purpose is to detect any discrepancies in the monitored components without delay. It monitors T24 background processes, databases, security, OFS, lockings, disk usage, system performance, OS processes and printers

COB MONITOR is a module for monitoring COB processes in real time. It was designed in cooperation with active T24 operators to ensure optimum usability and efficiency. It displays crucial information, such as the actual phase, status (normal, warning, major error), job runtimes, total number of active and pending jobs, and the projected time of bank opening..
By using COB MONITOR, all the monitored end-of-day batch processes can be supervised in one summary view.
Using GAMMA’s COB Monitor, it is easy to keep track of the COB runtimes and the estimated system opening times. GAMMA generated alerts help operators find the explanation to performance variations.
COB ANALYSER is a module for analysing, comparing and evaluating COB-related information. This is a powerful component that enables Temenos T24 users to be proactive, and to identify trends, threats and correlations. The Analyser supports the IT department through numerous out-of-the box statistics and diagrams.
It is a difficult task to recognise long runtimes and fix them before they jeopardise regular opening hours. Pinpointing the underlying reasons may also take great effort and have excessive costs. COB Analyser was designed to help avoid these difficulties. This module allows for the easy tracking of COB runtime changes for different types of COB (month-end, year-end, corporate closing, etc.). It analyses jobs by the processed number of records and throughput data, stores information about opened files and I/O operations, and generates alerts whenever necessary.
Separate observers monitor the timeouts and the errors in log files. These processes are also capable of restarting a particular job. The complex dashboard satisfies all the requirements operators might have and allows preventive support staff to research trends and correlations with the help of numerous diagrams and statistics.
Enterprise Level Scheduler (a.k.a. CONTROLLER MANAGER) is designed to support IT operators in performing, checking and following-up on their day-to-day tasks. It allows for specific daily IT operation tasks, pre-COB tasks, COB, and post-COB to be performed in parallel and in several environments, either manually or automatically.
The built-in and customisable GAMMA Controller Commands help operators manage and automate the entire COB process from pre-COB to post-COB, as well as various services, clean-up processes, archiving and backup workflows and many daily routine tasks. The module allows you to customise the order of, and the dependencies between the tasks at hand.
