ABRIS business trips continue with a visit to Egypt

Budapest, 28 Sept 2021. Last week, ABRIS CEO Zsolt Godry and Sales Manager Rebeka Madacsi met clients, partners, Temenos representatives and prospects in Kairo, Egypt. Receiving client feedback and discussing prospect needs face-to-face go a long way towards building solid business relationships and a better understanding of the local character.

In the client meetings, CIB Egypt was represented by Mohamed Said, Head of IT Operations. He explained that the Bank is satisfied with the capabilities and performance of GAMMA. In fact, he emphasized that when their ongoing Temenos TAFJ conversion project is completed, it will only be allowed to go live once the accompanying automations have been set up in GAMMA.

‘We are exceedingly satisfied with the transparency, stability, and ease GAMMA has brought to our core banking operations. In fact, we insist on operating Temenos Transact in combination with the ABRIS software,’ stated Mr Said.

A similar upgrade project is in progress at NBK, another local ABRIS client. As both banks enjoy full GAMMA support, they were asked to provide feedback regarding the quality of service. Both NBK and CIB Egypt praised the ABRIS support team. They underlined that the team always goes the extra mile promptly and efficiently.

The scheduled program included a meeting with ABRIS partners IMS represented by Ahmed Hellal, as well as local Temenos Account Manager Karim Abdelkarim.

The discussions provided valuable insight into the local business ambience and market situation. Mr. Abdelkarim confirmed their support for the growing market presence of GAMMA. The prospect meetings (facilitated by the partners) ended on a similar, positive note. We hope to continue the discussions remotely soon.
