GAMMA as T24 monitoring tool goes live at EQ Bank

Toronto, Canada, 15 Oct 2015. EQ Bank, Canada went live with GAMMA for monitoring and managing T24 operations. EQ Bank chose ABRIS’ T24 monitoring tool specifically with the help of their outsourcing partner, HP Canada.

As a matter of fact, GAMMA is already implemented at four banks with HP Serbia as the outsourcing partner.  At these companies, it has been the main T24 monitoring tool for the last three years. As a result, HP Serbia was able to provide a solid referral for GAMMA to HP Canada and EQ BANK.

ABRIS completed the implementation of GAMMA in September 2015. Consequently, EQ Bank can automatically monitor and run all COB tasks (including pre- and post-COB tasks) via the GAMMA dashboard without manual intervention. Moreover, GAMMA helps the Bank to perform the complete online monitoring of T24 and its connected interfaces, services, and SLAs.
