Caisse Financial Group selects GAMMA for T24 operation tasks
Winnipeg, Canada 20 Jan 2016. Caisse Financial Group (CFG) has chosen GAMMA by ABRIS for T24 online and COB monitoring and other banking operation management tasks. CFG is ABRIS’ third GAMMA client in Canada, after Canadian Western Bank and EQ Bank.
T24 operation selection process
Before deciding on GAMMA, Caisse had evaluated other core banking operation tools. They were looking for a solution for 24/7 monitoring and for the automation of manual tasks. GAMMA proved to be the T24 management tool to fulfill these demands. Other GAMMA clients in Canada also advanced selection process, giving referrals and helpful insights into the capabilities of the software. Following the decision, the ABRIS team started the implementation from offsite on December 2015. Afterwards, the onsite stage begin in Winnipeg, in January 2016. The ABRIS team will also train the operators on handling and automating T24 processes using GAMMA.
Core banking operation scope
GAMMA will enable Caisse to automate a lot of activities that are currently performed manually. Such as: sending DW reports from T24 to Insight, connecting with other systems from Insight, etc. The tool will also monitor interfaces, including Everlink (Card Systems) and Telpay (Internet Banking). Its new feature, Server Performance Monitor will also keep track of the performance of all system layers.
