GAMMA automation module goes live at LarrainVial in Chile

GAMMA to ensure the excellence of IT operations at LarrainVial through the automation of COB processes

ABRIS is happy to announce the successful go-live of the GAMMA automation module at the prestigious Latin American financial institution LarrainVial in Chile.

With the implementation, LarrainVial has introduced the full automation of COB processes (from pre-COB to post-COB), further enhancing their outstanding service to 50,000+ clients across the Americas. Supporting prompt and pre-emptive problem solving, GAMMA will help ensure high-level system reliability and business availability, contributing to a seamless banking experience.

The go-live follows on the heels of the introduction of the Temenos Core Banking platform and the subsequent implementation of a customised GAMMA monitoring module at LarrainVial, which took place last year. The institution tested GAMMA in the frame of a proof of concept project from December 2016 to February 2017, and–satisfied with the results, the product roadmap and the developer’s commitment–signed with ABRIS in August 2017. The first implementation phase ended in November 2017, while latest, second phase saw a two-piece team of senior ÁBRIS developers travelling to Chile and performing installation and configuration tasks in the last week of January 2018.

The third and final phase will upgrade the custom GAMMA solution to enable the all-round monitoring of the Temenos Core Banking platform, and the institute will also continue to receive all the latest technology benefits incorporated in GAMMA in the future.
