GAMMA went live at CABS Zimbabwe to monitor and automate T24

Harare, Zimbabwe, 21 November 2018 – GAMMA, the intelligent IT operation tool went live at CABS Zimbabwe in November 2018 which will now monitor and automate Temenos T24 processes.

The Zimbabwean subsidiary of The Old Mutual Limited was looking for a solution to monitor and automate its Temenos T24 core banking platform, interfaces and digital channels used by the bank’s customers. Parties signed an agreement in the summer and performed initial trainings online. In testimony to ABRIS’ customer-focused approach to product development, the solution provider also expanded the automation features of GAMMA in harmony with the needs of CABS.

In November, a team of two ABRIS technical consultants travelled to Harare to complete the implementation onsite.  This was one of the smoothest on ABRIS record, notwithstanding that the team set up one of the most complex T24 automation configurations for the client. As Mathew John, Manager for Implementation and Support at ABRIS explained, “Frankly speaking, this is one of the smoothest projects we’ve ever had. The main reason being that the client was very co-operative and provided us all the necessary information on time, [….] responding immediately.” As for their time in Harare, he added, “The country and the people treated us very well.”
