GAMMA v.2.5.4 is out

GAMMA v.2.5.4 brings huge performance improvements, along with brand new features for a next-level operation experience. The freshest version of our GAMMA product is now available to both existing and future clients, and we must say it is a great step forward in the story of our operation excellence journey. 

Updated performance

We have started a major overhaul of the structure of GAMMA. The goal of the improvements was twofold: to speed the tool up and to modernize the original solution. As a first step, we improved the communication between dashboard and server, and optimized the software startup. The overhaul will continue with the coming GAMMA versions.

New features

Although the performance upgrade was they key theme of this update, v2.5.4’s new features will give T24 users some more reasons to smile about. The prominent novelty of the update is that GAMMA now allows users to edit config files, scripts and T24 files straight from the GAMMA dashboard. Naturally, this happens in a controlled and audited manner.  

The new features include a new portal diagram for easy access to your current T24 license availability. In the meantime, we added the option of turning off or starting EB.PHANTOMS and TSA Services in specific time frames without triggering an alert from the monitoring module. This helps relieve the load on T24/GAMMA operators.
