GAMMA 2.4 upgrade and the HP-BSM integration went live in HP Serbia

We successfully upgraded GAMMA to the latest release (2.4) in HP Serbia (Hypo Bank Alpe Adria) along with the HP BSM integration. The operators liked the new layout of COB Monitor and the new functions (operators’ dashboard, where & mw42 information, thread number changings) immediately. Now GAMMA forwards the alerts as an incident to the BSM system. Based on GAMMA service concept we are also calculating the availability of business modules and present these information to BSM for SLA reporting. From BSM new SLA reports will be generated every months and every weeks.
All the four banks are operating well on the new versions.
