Exploring Digital Transformation at the Bank of the Future Forum
On 12 Nov, ABRIS, represented by executives Zsolt Godry Viktor Weininger, attended the Bank of the Future Forum in Karachi as an exhibitor. The event was organized by the long-standing Temenos partner and future GAMMA implementation partner NdcTech. This year’s key theme was Digital Transformation, which has undeniably been a hot topic in the industry for a while.
Expert opinions on the Bank of the Future
The speakers’ line-up featured several Temenos experts, including John Schlesinger. The Chief Enterprise Architect gave an inspiring presentation on where banks are heading and what the relevant technological implications are. We sat down separately with Mr Schlesinger and discussed GAMMA’s roadmap and future technological developments with him.
Other speakers also addressed the present and future application of AI and Cloud technologies in the industry. Temenos introduced its freshest frontend innovations and key developments, along with its major recent acquisitions (Avoka and Kony).
Experiences and presentations
NdcTech and high-profile financial institutions shared their experiences of innovation and implementation. In the frame of these, they gave us examples of truly impressive transformations, supporting the case of Digital Transformation. Similar to several other Temenos Marketplace vendors, ABRIS also gave a presentation, which focused on GAMMA’s capabilities and the direction of developments.

Client meetings
As a result of the NdcTech’s networking and the Forum, regional banks dispalyed heightened interest in GAMMA. Therefore, ABRIS executives visited with several institutions before and after the event. In essence, these talks highlighted GAMMA’s capability of giving more insight into the black box operation of T24. Several product demos have followed since.
