GAMMA T24 operations management tool goes live at CWB

Edmonton, Canada, 17 Aug 2015. Canadian Western Bank (CWB) went live with GAMMA for T24 operations management. ABRIS’ first Canadian client can now monitor its core banking system and operations and run core banking tasks without the need for manual intervention.

Demanding selection process

CWB followed strict evaluation principles in the selection process. All in all, GAMMA and the ABRIS team fulfilled the requirements involved. After this, the project began with a pilot, which was successfully completed on 05 June 2015. As a result, the bank has decided to implement GAMMA as their Temenos T24 operation tool of choice. CWB is ABRIS’ first client in the Canadian market.

T24 operations management – the benefits

ABRIS completed the implementation of GAMMA in July 2015. The handover of the operation of T24 via the GAMMA dashboard happened at this point. Consequently, CWB can automatically monitor and run all COB tasks (including the pre- and post-COB stages) from GAMMA dashboard without any manual intervention. Furthermore, GAMMA performs the complete monitoring of the T24 online stage, connected interfaces, services, and SLAs.
