CWB Successfully completed the T24 Security Audit with Abris Gamma Product

Edmonton, Canada 25 Apr 2016 : Canadian Western Bank (CWB) is planning to Go-Live with T24 R12 version on first week of May and as a pre-requisites they must have to complete the T24 Security Audit. CWB is using GAMMA, the monitoring tool for T24 from Abris for the online as well COB monitoring and also for running the COB. With the rich functionality of Gamma, CWB was able to pass all the Security Audit including all the T24 jShell access, ATM/POS transactions and security audit reports.

Whenever a user edit a record from jShell level or do any other kind of execution from jShell, Gamma capture all the information about that user including his machine details, the changes he made etc and immediately alert that in Gamma Dashboard as well as alert through mail and/or sms. Gamma also reports all the exceptions list from Everlink for ATM/POS transactions via Gamma Dashboard as well as through mail to the users to check the threats immediately. If there is any security violence then the immediate alert will be generated within 30 seconds. Gamma will also send an independent PDF audit report which contain all the security related things for ATM and POS transactions.

The auditors were really satisfied with the functionality of Gamma to report all the security events which they were looking and recommend Gamma to other T24 customers in Canada as well.
