CIBEG now benefits from GAMMA automation
Cairo, Egypt, 01 Aug 2017—Commercial International Bank Egypt (CIBEG) went live with GAMMA for the monitoring and automation of both online and COB T24 operations.
Preferred monitoring and automation solution
CIBEG selected GAMMA as their preferred monitoring and automation solution after a proof of concept project. In the frame of this, the product and the ABRIS team successfully completed all requested requirements.
The implementation on UAT started on November 2016, after which the product went live with two phases. First, the Online Monitor want live in February 2017. Then, after completing all pre-COB and post-COB automation tasks, both the COB Monitor and GAMMA automation features went live in July 2017.
GAMMA automation advantages
Thanks to the GAMMA automation feature, over 150 pre-COB and post-COB activities have been automated in addition to the COB itself. This helps operators eliminate numerous manual activities like starting and checking jobs, thereby saving a significant amount of man-hours.
