The migration coordination is responsible for preparing an exact, detailed, tested, re-useable project plan of migration. Based on the project plan, the migration process should be fully clear in all senses. 

To deliver the project plan with above mentioned expectations, the migration coordinator performs the following tasks:

  • Collecting technical, administrative information required to the project plan
  • Organizing, driving meetings and keeping contact with IT and Business competent persons, Environment Management, Bank Security Department to discuss problems, collect information
  • Organizing, coordinating migration simulations (test) - the same way as the live version change
  • Informing users about the migrations, activities, effect
  • Status update to management (single point of contact)
